Refund policy
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please reach out to Customer Service at contactus@scoutbags.com. To start the return process, click here to access our returns dashboard.
Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between November 21st, 2023 through December 31st, 2023 will have an extended return window until January 31st, 2024. To view our full return policy, please read below.
Return Policy
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted. If an order is returned through a Return Bar location, a $3 per item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. When shipped via pre-paid label, a $7 per item fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of SCOUT Bags Store Credit, via eGift Card. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have the original hang tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
Non-returnable items (unless otherwise noted):
- Gift Cards
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Bedding and blankets
- Towels
- Dog toys
- Teleties
- Face Masks
- Apparel (hats, headbands, t-shirts, socks)
- Personalized items
- Area, mat, and runner rugs
- Rump Roost Storage Bins and 4 Boys Bags are not eligible for free returns through a Return Bar
Our return policy only applies to items purchased on scoutbags.com. Orders placed with our retail partners (Amazon, Zulily, etc.) are subject to the return policy of each retailer.
